Physical Therapy
Physical Therapy can be for a wide range of reasons from injury prevention, to neurological issues, to post-surgical rehabilitation and more.
Injury Prevention
We utilize the Functional Movement Systems (FMS), as well as a variety of other tests to gauge where your body may need focused work.
Exercise Assist
Starting or maintaining consistency in an exercise routine can be difficult. We offer a program to assist in helping you become consistent while still feeling good and being free.
Recovery
Recovery is key to performing and staying at your best. Our recovery services have helped individuals at all levels maintain a high level of performance.
Manual Therapy
Manual therapy is the use of any treatment where the therapist utilizes their hands to complete or enhance a task, allowing the body to move more efficiently.
Sport Injury Consult
We offer a special consultation to assist in decision making when it comes to sport injuries – so that you can return back to your sport healthy and confident.
Vestibular Balance
Vestibular issues can span a variety of diagnoses including BBPV and post-concussion. G3 Physical Therapy can assist with improving these diagnoses, as well as assist in fall risk prevention.
Telehealth Sessions
We offer virtual Physical Therapy or consult sessions. These may be in supplement with in-person sessions or fully virtual depending on each individual’s situation.
